Games are kept within a 30-minute driving radius of the DM Lair in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Games can also be held at the DM lair in Malvern. If being held at a player's residence, a good size table and space for each player is needed.

Games are typically held once a month. For children and teens sessions are kept to 3 hours, unless prior arrangements are made. Adult sessions are 4 hours long. Private party events vary depending  on request but are typically are an average 3 hours.
